Jiangdong Shipyard Delivers North Star Bulker
Image Courtesy: GraigThe fifth in a series of eight Handysize 35,000 dwt bulk carriers, being built at Chinese Jiangdong Shipyard, has been delivered to an undisclosed owner.
The newbuild vessel, named M/V North Star, was delivered to the owner following the bulker’s sea trials.
M/V North Star departed the shipyard on February 4, and will soon join its owner.
The vessels are being constructed under the supervision of the UK-based Graig Ship Management’s project teams in China for various owners.
Graig oversees the building of over 120 ships in China,Vietnam and India.
