Spotted: World’s Largest Car Carrier in Rotterdam

The world’s largest car carrier, Hoegh Target, made her maiden voyage to Rotterdam, The Netherlands on August 21st, 2015.

The ship was welcomed by the KOTUG’s SD Shark, which performed a FiFi show, while the hybrid Rotortugs RT Evolution and RT Adrian towed the ship to her berthing place.

Höegh Autoliners’ first post-panamax vessel, Hoegh Target, was delivered on June 2nd 2015 and is currently undergoing maiden voyage through East Asia and Europe.
