MasterShip Kicks Off Project Zeus

After a very successful finishing of a 61m project with the same partners, now MasterShip Services just started with the production design for a 63m long motor yacht, the project Zeus.

The steel hull and aluminum superstructure of this yacht will be built by Scheepswerf Made BV for Hakvoort Shipyards. Special for this project is that the vessel will have to meet ice class requirements. Therefore additional scantlings have been added to strengthen the hull.

The yacht is designed by René van der Velden, he will also be partly responsible for the naval architecture together with Diana Yacht Design. Diana Yacht Design has chosen to use the MasterShip Modeling Software as a supporting tool for their detailed engineering design.

One of the goals of this project is to smoothen the cooperation and compatibility between the use of the MasterShip Modeling Software by Diana and the MasterShip Production software by MasterShip.
