Croatian shipping company Atlantska Plovidba has informed that its leaseback deal Rosebank Maritime, related to the bulk carrier Orsula, ended earlier.

According to the company’s stock exchange filing, the leaseback agreement ceased to be valid.

After the sale, the company charter it back for a period of five years.

In a separate filing, Atlantska Plovidba said that it delivered the recently sold vessel Libertas to its new owner in the port of Fangcheng in China.

The company sold the ship in a batch of two vessels for a price of USD 27 million in April. The second ship from the batch is expected to be delivered to its new owner in August.
