VIDEO: Quantum of the Seas Officially Named

Quantum of the Seas cruise ship, owned by Royal Carribean International, has been officially named with performances by triple-threat actress and godmother Kristin Chenoweth as well as Earth Harp musician, William Close.

The video gives you a sneak peak of the naming ceremony of the smart cruise ship which took place on November 14th in Cape Liberty Cruise Port located in Bayonne, NJ, USA.

“Quantum of the Seas isn’t just changing cruising, it’s changing how today’s traveler vacations,” according to Richard D. Fain, chairman and CEO, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.

Quantum-class ships span 16 guest decks; encompass 168,666 gross registered tons; carry 4,180 guests at double occupancy; and feature 2,090 staterooms.
