UAE: Drydocks World Recognized for Energy Conservation

Drydocks World, the well-established international player in the maritime, oil & gas and energy and offshore construction, received a Special Recognition Award for achievement in the field of Energy Conservation at the prestigious Emirates Energy Awards.

The Award has been instituted under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai and recognizes best practices in energy management and sustainability, especially in areas like energy efficiency, alternative energy, sustainability and protecting the environment. Awarded every two years, the recognition is given to organizations for the rationalized use of energy and resources. The Award is managed by The Supreme Council of Energy, which reviews and conducts the award assessment and selection based on specific criteria.
