Malaysia: Jasa Merin Sells ‘JM Damai’

Malaysian-based Jasa Merin Sdn Bhd (JM), a subsidiary of SILK Holdings Bhd (SILK), has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to sell one Anchor Handling Vessel, M/V JM Damai, for a total consideration of USD 7.925 million.

It is expected that the MoA will reach its completion by the end of March 2014.
