On Aug. 10th, China’s Ministry of Transportation and Shanghai Municipality signed MOU on strengthening cooperation on Shanghai International Shipping Center Strategy.
MOU stated that two governmental sectors will jointly collaborate to develop transportation network and modern shipping service, to build up Shanghai International Shipping Center Experimental Area and to boost cruise industry. MOT Minister Li Shengling and Shanghai Mayor Han Zheng witnessed the signing ceremony.
