The Danish owned handysize bulk carrier Ideal Bulker was held by pirates in the Indian Ocean for a short while until the crew managed to regain control of the vessel. The pirates attacked the vessel on Monday morning while on a voyage to Singapore. The six pirates, armed with knifes, took control of the wheelhouse and tied the crew on duty as well as the anti-piracy watch.
