Port of Palm Beach officials have reopened the selection process for Palm Beach County’s next casino cruise ship. After representatives for the Surfside Princess failed to pay the $25,000 security deposit due Saturday to guarantee a space at the port, Executive Director Manuel Almira said he’s ready to negotiate with other companies.
