Garmin today reported sales of US$729m for its second quarter ended June 26, 2010, up 9 per cent over the same period a year ago. Its net income fell to US$135.8m compared to US$161.9m a year ago. The electronics manufacturer reported growth in all divisions. Sales in its marine division rose 23 per cent to US$74m.
