The Singapore port authority has extended its port dues concession for all ocean-going ships and harbour crafts, including bunker tankers, within territorial waters by another six months. The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) on Thursday said the concession would be extended from April 1, 2010 to September 30, 2010.
