Today SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) and German RWE signed a memorandum of understanding for perspective offshore structure Nakhchivan in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea. From Azerbaijani side the document was signed by SOCAR head Rovnag Abdullayev, from German side by RWE board chairman Juergen Grossmann.
