Belgian builder CFE said its dredging operation would slow down contraction in 2010 after the unit helped temper declines in its construction division in Luxembourg and central Europe last year. CFE, 47 percent owned by France’s Vinci (SGEF.PA: Quote, Profile, Research), said on Thursday it hoped to stabilise profits for 2010 thanks to the dredging operation.
