Several parties expressed support Thursday for ongoing Hudson River PCB dredging plans, while a Saratoga County official raised concerns about current procedures. About a dozen people testified at the Gideon Putnam Hotel before an independent panel that is reviewing the first phase of dredging, which occurred May 15 to Oct. 27 as part of the largest operation of its kind ever undertaken.
