Oceanteam ASA announced today that it has received approval from the Mexican Foreign Investments Commission to complete the purchase of 90% of the shares within Compania Naviera de Transporte Maritimo, SA de CV (‘CONAT’) based in Cuidad del Carmen, Mexico.
