On Saturday 15 December 2007 Odense Steel Shipyard presented its latest newbuilding, an 11,000 TEU container vessel, for the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group.

Lady Bond accompanied by her husband, Sir John Bond, Chairman of Vodafone Group Plc, honoured A.P. Moller – Maersk and the Yard by naming the newbuilding EUGEN MÆRSK.
